Satisfaction is our goal and our guarantee. If for any reason you would like to return your item, please contact us immediately. We will happily refund or replace any items that arrived damaged or defective!
Exchanges (if applicable)
Ordered the wrong item? No problem! We will happily exchange your item for any in stock item of the same value or a credit toward another purchase.
When you return any item, you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred while mailing them back. (Good news is, you can usually mail a headband in a regular envelope with two stamps at the post office.) If you're exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you at no charge when we receive your return. If you need any help with shipping, returns, refunds etc, please reach out!
